Daniel joined Curcio Mirzaian Sirot as an Associate in 2015 and primarily practices in the area of Homeowners and Condominium Association Law and municipal/quasi-criminal law. Prior to joining CMS, he worked as a law clerk for the law firm of Zapicchi and Liller LLP and interned with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office.
Daniel is well-versed in all the needs of community associations, including matters such as the pursuit of delinquent assessments and the interpretation and drafting of association governing documents. In addition to his work with community associations, Daniel routinely represents defendants in superior and municipal courts throughout the State of New Jersey. Familiarized with the large body of New Jersey criminal law and the rules governing the superior and municipal court systems, Daniel effectively represents defendants charged with a variety of quasi-criminal and motor vehicle offenses.
While pursuing his law degree from the Delaware Law School, Daniel was the Vice President of the Mock Trial Honor Society. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University.
