For more than a decade, Mr. Haller has practiced law as a business litigator focusing on disputes that include partnership dissolution, shareholder oppression, restrictive covenants, protection of trade secrets, and general commercial and civil matters. His clients include small-to-medium-sized businesses, individuals, and community associations. Mr. Haller has experience representing these clients from the earliest stages of litigation planning, through trial and appeal.
Mr. Haller is currently the vice-chair of the Essex County Bar Association’s Civil Litigation Committee, and an active member of its Chancery Committee—a section devoted to the latest developments in business law. For the past several years, as well as 2018, he has been named as a Rising Star in the New Jersey Super Lawyers publication.
Mr. Haller is admitted in New Jersey and New York, as well as the Federal District of New Jersey.
