Vincent’s practice is based in litigation with a focus on commercial and business law.
Prior to joining CMS, Vincent’s practice focused on election and business law, predominately handling the transactional side of corporate regulations, filings, and Political Action Committee “PAC” prohibitions. During this time, he gained substantial insight onto Congressional districts, races, voter demographic and turnout.
Vincent has also spent a considerable amount of time counseling and advising major corporations in the realm of Intellectual Property, Contracts, and Employment law. Most notably for a major fashion house and financial services company, both located in New York City.
Vincent is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, Newark Campus, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Rutgers Business Law Journal. In addition, Vincent was a member of the Moot Court Board, National Mock Trial Team, and Association of Latin American Law Students.
He continues to serve with pride as a Field Artillery Officer in the New Jersey National Guard.
